Role Description

remote, 2-month performance-based internship

The HR Intern will work closely with the HR and management teams to assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR operations. This internship offers valuable practical exposure to HR functions in a professional corporate setup, particularly within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires and interns
• Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and performance records
• Coordinate and plan employee engagement and training activities
• Assist in performance evaluation and reporting
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
