Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• Passion for talent acquisition and a strong interest in organizational development and workforce planning.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across functions.

• Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer roll-outs.

• Actively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and networking events.

• Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate potential and alignment with role requirements and company culture.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning, team structures, and role specifications. • Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

• Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates during the recruitment journey.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards to track progress and identify bottlenecks.

• Support initiatives around diversity hiring, inclusive sourcing, and equitable selection processes.

• Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media campaigns, content, and talent outreach activities.
