About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will offer exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Help in drafting HR letters, reports, and policy documents.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

Pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
