Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various human resource functions within our growing real estate company. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in HR who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for real estate, property management, and support roles. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Help organize and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records. Support internal communication efforts, such as newsletters or employee engagement initiatives. Assist with organizing training sessions and workshops. Help ensure compliance with HR policies and real estate industry standards. Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of HR functions and practices. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
