Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in daily HR operations, including supporting HR management, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, contributing to policy creation and implementation, managing personnel records, and assisting in employee benefit programs. They will help foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) basics, HR management, and HR policies
Familiarity with employee benefits administration and personnel management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus
