Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at our Shamli location. The intern will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, support HR and personnel management functions, and collaborate on employee benefits administration. Day-to-day tasks will involve recording and managing employee details, assisting with recruitment, coordinating training programs, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management within an educational organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management with excellent organizational abilities
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• A degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance is an added advantage
