Role Description

This is an internship role for an Education Counselor with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Noida. Some tasks may be completed remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students and professionals in selecting suitable courses, providing career counseling, addressing inquiries about training programs, and conducting follow-ups to ensure engagement. The role also involves collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to provide effective counseling.
Sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain program benefits and motivate enrollments.
Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms to handle inquiries and log data efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
Enthusiasm for education, career development, and a commitment to supporting learners in achieving goals.
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a relevant field is preferred.
Previous experience in education counseling or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
