Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor based in Noida. The Education Counselor will engage with prospective students to provide guidance on educational programs and career paths. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting students in choosing courses tailored to their career goals, and building strong rapport with learners. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate program details, ensuring a seamless guidance experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proficiency in providing Career Counseling and guidance on education choices
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
• Knowledge of various educational domains and career pathways
• Ability to assess students needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Experience in an EdTech, academic, or counseling environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
