Role Overview: Education Counselor (Academic Counselor)

We are seeking energetic and motivated Inside Sales / Education Counselors who can guide learners in choosing the right upskilling programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, understanding their aspirations, and helping them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with 80–100 prospective learners daily via phone calls and video consultations
• Understand learners’ career goals, educational background, and experience
• Recommend suitable courses using a consultative counseling approach
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in the CRM system
• Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and conversion rates

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates eager to start a career in EdTech, inside sales, or academic counseling
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or EdTech
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ambitious, goal-driven, and energetic individuals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• Prior sales or EdTech experience is an added advantage
• Complete training and mentorship provided for freshers
