Role Overview

:We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and support core HR activities. You’ll work closely with the HR team on recruitment, coordination, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.🔧

Key Responsibilities

:Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interviews and follow-ups.Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation.Support onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.Help in HR reporting and day-to-day HR operations.✅

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment process.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.🌟

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

Prior internship or exposure to HR/recruitment.Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.Interest in HR analytics and employer branding.🎓

Eligibility

:Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, or related fields.Final-year students and freshers are welcome.
