As an HR Intern, you will assist with various HR tasks and support our team in delivering a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:
• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing across various platforms.
• Review resumes and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Help with conducting initial phone screenings and candidate communications.
• Employee Engagement:
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with maintaining employee records and data in HR systems.
• HR Administration:
• Help with maintaining HR databases, files, and records.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• General Support:
• Provide administrative support for HR team members in various projects.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices.
