Are you passionate about sales and growth in the education sector? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our mission-driven team at Indian Cyber Security Solutions (ICSS) and Indian Institute of Cyber Security (IICS).

📍 Location: Kolkata

💼 Role Type: Full-time | On-site

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives on Educational Sales

👤 Reporting To: The Founder & CEO directly

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech or similar sales roles

✅ OR Fresh MBA graduates who are smart, driven, and ready to learn

✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills

✅ Passion for building relationships with colleges, universities & training partners

✅ Ability to work independently and manage targets

✅ Strong follow-up and CRM discipline

🛠️ Responsibilities:

Drive B2B and B2C educational sales for cybersecurity and tech programs

Build strategic partnerships with institutions and training centers

Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments or partnerships

Represent the company in webinars, events, and client meetings

Share weekly performance reports directly with the Founder
