Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Saket. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR tasks including managing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Responsibilities also include maintaining HR records, supporting HR management activities, and aiding in the implementation of HR strategies.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes
• Interest in HR Management and HR Policies
• Ability to assist with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
