Job Description

About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help manage and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in organizing virtual employee engagement initiatives
  • Draft HR documents and support policy implementation
  • Prepare reports and assist in day-to-day HR operations
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduate)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of basic HR concepts
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
