Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Intern will support the HR team in various day-to-day tasks that include assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel management. The intern will also play a key role in supporting recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and facilitating communication between staff and management. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
