Skills required:(But are not limited to):

S/He should have:

• Communicate, manage and implement the human resources policies, procedures, and practices for all designated employees.
• Implement the performance management process for the employees including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an ongoing basis and conducting performance reviews.
• Handling complete cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
• Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and develop strategies to manage and reduce attrition.
• Work on performance management.
• Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirements.
• Building New networks, maintaining client relationships, and Preparing a database to initiate new contacts is a plus.
• Manage the expenses of employees.
• Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to find the lead/connection in the market as per the team's requirement.
