Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be involved in various HR tasks including supporting HR Recruitment, HR management and HR policies, assisting with employee benefits, and managing personnel records. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
