Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Daily tasks will include supporting the HR team in maintaining employee records, organizing HR-related events, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.STRIPEND : NONE

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus
