Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks including supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The intern will also assist in maintaining HR records, conducting employee orientations, and supporting new hire processes.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
