About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Digi Sidekick! This role will give you hands-on exposure to the core functions of Human Resources — from recruitment and onboarding to employer branding and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes – sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and creative HR campaigns.
• Help with daily HR administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, attendance records, and employee files.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and other HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about HR operations.
