HR Intern

Key Responsibilities


  1. Recruitment Assistance

  2. Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
  3. Coordinate interviews and manage communication with applicants.
  4. Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  5. Employee Onboarding

  6. Help in creating onboarding documents and orientation materials.
  7. Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
  8. Employee Data Management

  9. Maintain and update employee databases, records, and documentation.
  10. Organize files related to employee personal information, job descriptions, and benefits.
  11. HR Projects & Initiatives

  12. Contribute to initiatives like employee engagement programs, policy development, and internal surveys.
  13. Support the HR team in planning virtual team events and wellness activities.
  14. Reporting & Analytics

  15. Compile HR data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  16. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports on recruitment, employee engagement, etc.
  17. Social Media & Content Creation

  18. Create and schedule HR-related content for the company’s LinkedIn or Instagram page.
  19. Write content for internal announcements, email campaigns, or recruitment materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about the HR domain.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and data management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Excel, and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
