✨ Key Responsibilities

🔍 1. Talent Sourcing (Primary Responsibility)

• Source candidates through

  LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed,

  , and other platforms
• Use keywords and filters to identify suitable profiles
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database

📞 2. Screening & Shortlisting

• Call and screen candidates for eligibility and communication
• Share shortlisted profiles with department heads
• Clearly explain job roles and company details to candidates

📅 3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews across departments
• Ensure daily follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain a minimum target of

  5–6 interviews scheduled per day



📊 4. Reporting & Documentation

• Update recruitment sheets daily (Google Sheets)
• Maintain accurate call logs, pipeline status, and interview outcomes
• Prepare simple daily/weekly recruitment reports

🎯 Requirements

• Freshers/Students interested in hiring & recruitment
• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil
• Confident in calling and coordinating with candidates
• Good organisational and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs

• On-site role (Chennai)
