Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual as HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support daily HR activities, assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, and gain hands-on exposure to the HR function in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support employee on boarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HR management systems.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
• Coordinate with vendors for HR-related requirements (if applicable).
• Handle confidential HR-related information with integrity.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
