Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and contribute to various functions, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination).
• Supporting employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintaining and updating HR databases and records.
• Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Supporting performance tracking and attendance management.
• Helping implement HR policies and procedures.
• Performing other administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management / Psychology / Commerce or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
