Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Fresher located in Nagpur. The HR Fresher will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Other tasks include managing employee queries, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HR functions and responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is a plus
