Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Maintain and administer HRIS systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, etc.).


Ensure accuracy of employee data and perform regular audits for compliance and consistency.


Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.


Provide system support to HR and business users, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors/IT as required.


Partner with HR teams to configure workflows, policies, and processes in the HRIS.


Support HR projects such as system upgrades, new module implementations, and process automation.


Maintain data confidentiality and comply with HR policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards.


Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
