Human Resources Information System Analyst

Role Overview: As a People Systems Analyst at LRQA, your role will be integral in driving the People Team's change agenda. You will be responsible for defining and refining requirements for various aspects of change, including systems and processes, to ensure accurate execution and embedding of the change within the organization. Additionally, you will serve as the conduit between IT and the People Team for maintaining and improving People Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Business Analysis by collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine requirements for successful change implementation, including system and process changes, business readiness, and service introduction. - Maintain and update People system by supporting regular releases, developing test scripts, testing, triaging, assigning, and monitoring progress of tickets through governance mechanisms. - Translate Business Objectives by working with IT and the People team to enable appropriate People system solutions that align with organizational needs. - Identify process-related improvements or policy changes to enhance system efficiency and optimize user experience. - Support software implementation projects, integrate new modules or point solutions into People software landscape, prioritize change activity within People systems, act as an SME in transformational projects, and support training and engagement for key stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Working knowledge of HR/People technology platforms, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors being advantageous. - Proven delivery record in HR IS or IT-related projects. - Learning agility, attention to detail, and diligence in completing activities. - Growth mindset, ability to navigate complexity, and understand success in different contexts. - Cultural sensitivity, high integrity, and value for diversity. - Understanding and previous experience working in an Agile environment. - Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, familiarity with project and service management tools, and hands-on knowledge of SQL Reporting would be favorable.
