Key Responsibilities: As an HR IT Recruitment Intern, you'll be a key player in our talent acquisition journey, from initial outreach to helping seal the deal. Get ready to: Become a Sourcing Superhero: Unleash your inner detective to find amazing tech talent on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech communities. Craft Compelling Connections: Write engaging outreach messages that grab attention and showcase our awesome culture. Screen & Select: Learn to identify top candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial screens. Interview Insight: Participate in interviews, gaining valuable experience in assessing skills and cultural fit. Candidate Experience Champion: Help us provide a smooth, positive experience for every candidate, ensuring they feel valued and informed. ATS Master: Get hands-on with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), learning how to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Market Maestro: Research market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to keep us ahead of the curve. Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with our hiring managers and HR team, understanding their needs and building strong relationships. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our digital presence. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related fields. Passionate about HR and IT recruitment with a keen interest in data-driven recruitment. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with GenZ candidates. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals. Familiarity with HR technologies and recruitment tools is a plus. AI Savvy is bonus.
