Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition SupportAssisting in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and platformsScheduling and coordinating interviewsFollowing up with candidates for feedback and documentation🔹 HR OperationsSupporting the onboarding process for new hireMaintaining employee databases and documentation🔹 Employee Engagement & HRBP SupportSupporting internal HR events and engagement activitiesAssisting in data collection and reportingCollaborating with the HRBP team on ongoing initiatives🔹 Compliance & Process SupportHelping with joining formalities, background checks, and compliance documentationSupporting the team in audits or data collation for reports
