Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

What You’ll Work On🔍 Talent Sourcing
  • Scout awesome tech talent across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
  • Learn how to identify high-potential candidates and niche skill sets
📅 Interview Coordination
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate comms, and ensure a delightful experience
  • Shadow recruiters and observe real-time evaluation processes
🧠 Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Understand hiring needs by working closely with HRBPs and team leads
  • Assist in writing JDs, curating assessments, and tracking hiring metrics
📂 Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate documentation, preboarding tasks, and welcome kits for new hires
  • Help build a smooth, memorable Day 0 experience
🎨 Employer Branding & Culture Campaigns
  • Support internal and external storytelling, think LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns, and
behind-the-scenes highlights
  • Collaborate on content, visuals, and moments that make LambdaTest’s people culture shine
🎉 Employee Engagement & Events
  • Assist in organising engagement activities, be it hackathons, offsites, festival celebrations, or
“just-because” surprises
  • Support logistics, feedback collection, and drive participation across pods
