Human Resources (HR) Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support HR onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement programs and wellness activities
• Draft HR communications, offer letters, and policy updates
• Learn payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure HR compliance and help update HR policies
• Conduct HR research, surveys, and support HR best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interested in HR technology and best practices
