Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at our software engineering company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include updating our internal databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms. You will be screening resumes and application forms, as well as scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates. Additionally, you will be tasked with posting, updating, and removing job ads from various job boards, careers pages, and social networks. You will also be responsible for preparing HR-related reports as needed, such as training budgets by department. Furthermore, you will need to address employee queries regarding benefits, such as the number of remaining vacation days. In addition to these duties, you will have the opportunity to participate in organizing company events and careers days.
