What We Are Looking For:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Support conflict resolution and performance management discussions.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and internal policies.

Performance & Engagement

• Support implementation of performance review cycles and development plans.
• Assist in planning employee engagement and recognition activities.

Policy Implementation

• Draft, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees are informed of changes in HR practices.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant workshops or sessions.
• Maintain a database of training attendance and progress.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
