We are hiring for one of our client in Automobile Parts Manufacturing company . Location : Kundli.

Salary : MAX 30 to 35 K/Month , Only Face to Face Interview 

Experience : MIN 2 Years 

Candidate with strong English communication skill is preferred  

Skills Required: HR processes such as payroll, attendance, Conflict Management , Factory Act , Compliance , Training & Development Etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Kundli , Sonipat. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR tasks such as implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks will include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee records, advising on HR issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) skills including HR Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management

Experience in handling Employee Benefits

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Experience in a similar role within the business and Parts Manufacturing industry is a plus.
