Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Tirupati. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, and addressing employee queries and concerns. This position requires close collaboration with management to foster a positive work environment and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in implementing and developing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Tirupati
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
