Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Recruitment & Staffing:

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:

    Administer HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Employee Relations:

    Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, facilitating resolutions through effective communication and conflict management.
  • Performance Management:

    Support performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and provide guidance on improvement plans.
  • Training & Development:

    Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, including induction, skills development, and leadership training.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:

    Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and ensure timely disbursements in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • HR Reporting:

    Prepare and present HR reports related to employee performance, attrition, engagement, and other key metrics.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

    Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies to maintain high morale and productivity levels.
  • Policy Development & Implementation:

    Work closely with senior management to review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.


Preferred candidate profile

  • BPO Experience:

    Prior experience in HR within a BPO environment is a significant advantage.
  • Employee Engagement Expertise:

    Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies.
  • Problem Solving:

    Experience managing complex employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
