Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Tiruppathi, India. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining food and beverage standards. The role also includes staff hiring, training, and development, as well as handling customer feedback and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring and staff management
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
