Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Ahmedabad. The HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing overall HR operations. Daily tasks will include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The HR Generalist will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that the company's HR strategies align with its business goals.

Timings

9:30am to 6:30pm

Qualifications

• Human Resources Management and HR Policies skills
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR role, especially in the EPC industry, is a plus
• Minimum experience of 10+ years
