Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance

- Maintain employee records and handle daily HR operations

- Support performance reviews and employee engagement activities

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture

Skills Required:

Experience: Minimum 2 year

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with HR tools, recruitment platforms & MS Office

Passionate about people, process, and culture

5 Days Working

Shift: Night

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on skills & experience)
