Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (Night Shift) for a Process Associate/voice process located in Noida. The Process Associate will be responsible for handling insurance billing inquiries, verifying benefits, credentialing, and maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers to resolve billing issues, processing claims, conducting follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and manage billing and insurance claims
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and insurance providers
• Knowledge of Finance principles relevant to billing and account management
• Experience or familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practices
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Noida
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
