HR Generalist

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA / master’s in human resources or related field.
10–15 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in
manufacturing / electrical / engineering industries
.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and lead change initiatives.
