Adopting a consultative approach, we aim to act as coaches and talent advisors for IT candidates. Comprehend our clients' profiles, their project environments, roles, responsibilities, required skill sets, and expectations from on-site Client Facing Managers (CFM). Collaborate with our Client Facing Manager to clarify job descriptions and ensure a common understanding. Creatively source and engage potential IT professionals through various channels. Guide and advise potential candidates, understanding their technology skills, capabilities, and aspirations. Evaluate candidates based on evidence of their overall skills, experience, and motivation aligned with the job description. Present a concise profile summary of shortlisted candidates to CFM/clients. Facilitate the interview process for clients and candidates, ensuring delightful engagements. Effectively manage critical moments of truths and pre-closures. Key Responsibilities: 1.
