Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager (APAC)

in Objective and Responsibilities

This is an India based role that will lead and manage a team of onsite/remote IT talent acquisition consultants.

• You will ramp-up and lead a team of 5-10 information technology (IT) talent Acquisition consultants and support the hiring needs of the business in APAC and thereafter, grow to support Middle East and USA
• Assign job descriptions to team members, ensuring a high closure rate that delights clients.
• Collaborate with client success managers and business development managers or directly with clients to comprehend their needs and expectations for job descriptions, and effectively communicate these details to recruitment consultants.
• Regularly evaluate team members' comprehension of job descriptions.
• Oversee Learning & Development initiatives by coaching team members to enhance their technological knowledge, sourcing and screening skills, develop a consultative approach, improve soft skills for effective candidate management, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the internal end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ensure desired productivity and adherence to company processes by all team members.
• Strive to create a positive candidate experience throughout the engagement process.
• Handle escalations promptly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and strong team leadership skills, to achieve desired team performance goals.
• Submit the weekly progress report in a timely manner.
• Uphold professionalism, the Sciente way, and integrity at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

Work with high integrity, honesty and with transparency;

• Demonstrate prudence and ownership of team for quality deliverables;
• To achieve the agreed on-boardings by the team on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Minimum 5 years of team management and Handle IT recruitment and IT recruiters.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 10 years of relevant work experience of which at least 5 years of total experience of managing a team focused on full life cycle talent acquisition/ recruitment of active and passive IT professionals.

• A graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
• Demonstrated passion and a track record of effectively leading teams to achieve accuracy and speed in tech talent acquisition.
• Essential qualities include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a fervor for continuous learning and developing team towards excellence.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and prudent screening to identify the right tech professionals for APAC clients, ensuring successful onboarding with minimal drop-offs.
• Experience in engaging with potential tech talents, understanding their career aspirations through a consultative approach, and aligning candidates' ambitions with job descriptions.
• Attention to details, aptitude for continuous learning/coaching are mandatory requirements as per our organisational culture and needs of clients/market we serve.
• A fervor for delivering quality results, coupled with discipline, focus, perseverance, and resourcefulness, is highly valued.
