Job Description

HR Executive


Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department. The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will oversee recruitment and selection processes, develop and implement HR processes, and handle employee relations. In this role, the HR Executive must ensure compliance with all labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Post job advertisements and manage the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks, and background verifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and deliver job offers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.


  • Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data.


  • Payroll Administration

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process.
  • Handling sensitive payroll information with discretion and integrity.
  • Handle changes in employee status, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.


  • Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and create development plans.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs.


  • HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of new hire documents and training completion.
  • Ensure all onboarding activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
