Job Description

· Estimate and obtain management support for the process, the time, resources and budget required to perform the quality maintenance activities. · Build a quality team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation. · Identify training requirements and forward it to the project manager (Technical and Soft skills). · Assign task to team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project. · Ensure content and structure of all quality documents is documented and maintained. · Audit Management. · Software validation process. · Managing periodic review, creation, revision, training of SOP & its related documents. · Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for quality as per standards defined by the organization. · Provide functional and compliance training to team for quality improvement. · Build a quality team of professionals in the department with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation. · Participate in recruitment process if required. · Build a quality team of professionals in the department with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation. · Analysing Current process in the department is executed correctly or not & work on revision if required. · Participating in other activities like audit, training, backups, SOP creation/ revision process and related documents (i.e. SOP Review form, SOP index, RDT Index, Training documents etc). · Co-ordinating with team mates in achieving assigned tasks.
