Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• HR Operations & Employee Engagement:
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain HR records, employee databases, and reports.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Support employee engagement activities and performance management.
• Compliance & Policy Implementation:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
