Position: HR Executive Location: Saket, New Delhi – 110030 Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday-Saturday) Phone: +91 7683059468 Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer rollouts. HR Operations & Employee Engagement: Handle employee onboarding and documentation. Maintain HR records, employee databases, and reports. Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support employee engagement activities and performance management. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
