Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Sanand. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, engaging in employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The role entails daily interaction with employees, addressing their concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall HR function to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the consumer goods is a plus
