Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager, located in Sanand. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's e-commerce operations. Daily tasks will include managing online sales, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and optimizing the online store for user experience and conversions. The role requires strong collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the tea industry or FMCG sector is a plus
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
