Our Client is a leading MNC Manufacturing company in field of screening & auxiliary solutions for Petrochemicals, Food, beverages & Chemicals companies. Company has more than 200 employees & having their plant at Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad. They are looking for staff for below mentioned position:-

Human Resources Executive

JOB SUMMARY: The primary objective of the Human Resources Executive is to support HR Manager for all aspect of Human Resource practices and processes. M ost importantly ensuring all the employees in the organization are happy and at their productive best. Also ensure a smooth channel of communication between senior management and employees.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Work in coordination with the HR Manager to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.
Recruitment process ( Screening of CV, scheduling interview ),completion of induction etc ( employee life cycle implementation).
Managing HR activities like NATS & NAPS ( GET & Apprentice Mgmt.)
Maintaining of Payroll software and Data related to all HR activities.
Coordination in Learning & Development .
Responsible for maintaining all legal and statutory policies with various government agencies like PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity etc.
Enable positive work environment to support business need by creating employee engagement initiatives, which reinforces the desired culture and behaviours
Transportation and Vehicle Management
Checking of invoice related to HR.
Coordination with Front Desk Exe. For Visitor Management, Canteen & facility management .
Security, Labour Contract and Housekeeping.
Employee Mediclaim, life insurance details and update.

Requirements

Proven working experience as an HR Executive
People oriented and results driven with positive approach.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Must be aware with hire to retire process of HR.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS 4.1 Physical and psychological demands

The Company recognizes that employees require the ability to meet the physical and psychological demands of their jobs and working environment for them to perform their duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Employees must also manage responsibly their fitness and activities outside of work so as to ensure as far as reasonable and practicable that they are able to present themselves fit for work at all times.

4.2 Travel

The job involves bare minimum travel requirements on an ad-hoc basis.

4.3 Availability - Flexible working hours

Must be willing to lend experience and skills to colleagues and Company employees at other sites and in other regions as required.
Must be available for after-hours work, appointments, meetings, functions as & when required.

5. QUALIFICATIONS 5.1. Essential

Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources or related field
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Gujarati
Minimum 5 years experience working with manufacturing industries
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

5.2 Preferred

Experience of working with multinational manufacturing environment
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
