Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across regions: job postings, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, onboarding
• Build a strong talent pipeline for technical, consulting, and operational roles
• Partner with team leads to understand current and future hiring needs

2. Capacity Planning & Workforce Management

• Maintain an updated capacity tracker across teams
• Proactively flag resourcing needs and support planning across projects and functions
• Help structure team growth as new verticals and geographies open up

3. HR Systems & Process Setup

• Design and manage basic HR systems for leaves, reviews, onboarding, and compliance
• Set up and improve SOPs for employee lifecycle management
• Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles

4. Culture & Engagement

• Contribute to building a positive, purpose-driven, and high-performance work culture
• Organise virtual team activities and engagement touchpoints
